We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on our systems in preparation for the major upgrade of the Gateway Registrar Portal from version 2 to version 3.

To ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, the following services will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window:

  • EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol)
  • RDDS (WHOIS & RDAP)
  • Registrar Portal (Web access)

Downtime Details

  • Date: Thursday, 11 June 2026
  • Time: 07:30 – 09:30 SAST
  • Expected Duration: Up to 2 hours

Reason

This maintenance is necessary to perform essential backend preparations ahead of the upcoming Gateway Portal v3 upgrade.

Impact

During the maintenance window, you will be unable to:

  • Connect via EPP, API or WHMCS
  • Access the Registrar Portal
  • Query WHOIS or RDAP services

All services are expected to be fully restored by 09:30 SAST. The actual migration to version 3 will take place at a later date, and we will provide separate advance notice for that major upgrade.
