We would like to inform you of a rescheduled maintenance on our systems. This work is being carried out in preparation for the major upgrade of the Gateway SRS Registrar Portal from version 2 to version 3 and includes related backend technical upgrades.
The previously scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 was rolled back due to issues encountered during the process. The maintenance has now been rescheduled.
Impact
During the migration, only EPP, the API (WHMCS), and some functionality on the Portal will be affected.
Endpoints
Please take note of the following endpoints:
- epp.gatewaysrs.com — EPP
- api.gatewaysrs.com — New API
- api-epp.dns.net.za — Current API, EPP and WHMCS
- gateway-epp.dsn.net.za — Current API, EPP and WHMCS
Although the current endpoints will continue to work after the upgrade, we encourage all users to take note of and begin using the new endpoints.
